Life Gourmet, the largest catering operator in the Madrid Community and a sector reference in hospitality, is hiring:
SEGUNDO JEFE DE COCINA OBRADOR DE PRODUCCIÓN
Main responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen and office teams alongside the head chef
* Organize dishes and tasks
* Assist the head chef with orders and suppliers
* Ensure food safety procedures, HACCP, and cleanliness
* Cooking
Conditions:
* Work 5 days a week with 2 days off (mostly Monday to Friday)
* Followed shift (mostly mornings year-round) 7:00 - 16:00 approx.
* Salary range: €25,000 - €27,000 gross annually
* Overtime paid
* Permanent position
* Company-provided meals
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a sous chef
* Experience in production cooking
* Own transportation preferred (Alcorcón area)
* Specific culinary studies
