We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Finance Team as a
Financial Accountant
on a temporary basis in our Global Headquarters (Madrid).
Mission
As a member of the Finance team, your main mission will be to support the management and analysis of the Group’s financial information. You will work with accounting data, prepare reports, collaborate in monthly and annual closes, and participate in the consolidation process. You will also interact with internal departments and external stakeholders—including auditors and advisors—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recording and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
Monitoring and analyzing variations in expenses and income.
Participating in monthly and annual accounting closes.
Collaborating in consolidation activities.
Supporting additional financial reviews (Capex, departmental expenses, etc.).
Proactively communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborating with internal and external audit teams during periodic reviews.
Implementing and monitoring internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conducting cost and budget analyses.
Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial and accounting records.
Identifying and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Reporting directly to the CSC Manager.
You will need
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or Higher Vocational Training in Business Administration / Accounting.
Overall 4–5 years of experience in audit, accounting, general accounting, and consolidation roles.
Familiarity with best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes.
Native/Bilingual in Spanish and high proficiency in English (minimum B2).
Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of consolidation processes.
Skills
Strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency in efficient time management and task prioritization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multifunctional environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
