We are exclusively representing a rapidly expanding luxury hospitality group in Southern Spain, seeking an exceptional Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of 2–4 new high-end sites, with further growth planned.

As Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance, standards, and culture across all sites. You will act as the key link between ownership, senior management, and on-the-ground teams—ensuring each venue delivers at the highest level, consistently.
Drive service excellence, financial performance, and brand standards
Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and senior leadership teams
Proven experience as an Operations Director, Area Manager, or senior multi-site leader
Strong background in luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end restaurant groups
Fluent English required; Spanish beneficial but not essential
