What You Will Do
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute NeuralTrust’s in-person marketing strategy, creating high-impact experiences that connect us with enterprise audiences.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering premium events and brand moments that position NeuralTrust as a category leader in AI security.
You will:
* Plan and execute high-end executive events (private dinners, roundtables, product launches)
* Own NeuralTrust’s presence at top-tier industry conferences (e.g., RSA, Black Hat, Mobile World Congress)
* Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: venues, vendors, guest lists, invitations, and on-site execution
* Work closely with leadership to design curated experiences for enterprise clients and prospects
* Manage relationships with event partners, agencies, and external vendors
* Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to align events with pipeline and strategic accounts
* Track performance and impact of events (attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution)
* Continuously identify opportunities to elevate NeuralTrust’s presence in key industry moments

We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with strong taste and attention to detail, and who is comfortable operating in high-stakes, enterprise environments.
* 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or similar roles
* Proven track record organizing high-quality, executive-level events
* Experience managing presence at major industry conferences (e.g., RSA, Black Hat, or similar)
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver flawless execution
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, partners)
* Strong communication skills in English
* Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
* Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona (hybrid)
