We're looking for a hardworking, hands-on and dynamic Marketing Manager based in Barcelona to drive all Impress marketing activities for one of our key European markets.

Location:This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain). You'll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment.

What You'll DoDrive all Impress marketing and creative activities for one of our key European markets.Localise & deploy marketing initiatives & campaigns.Take care of all marketing operations across the country, with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients.Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.Stay on top of health-tech market trends and support market research efforts where required.Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.).Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance

What You'll BringProven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector.Strong knowledge of at least one European market (Germany, Netherlands, or another relevant country).Solid hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end-to-end.Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels.Both creative and analytical mindset.Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.Strong written and verbal communications skills: you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.Fluent in English and ideally at least another European language.
