Job Title: Product and Platform Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery from planning to post-launch
Work closely with Product, Engineering & Business teams
Coach squads on Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and improve delivery velocity
Remove blockers, manage risks, and streamline workflows
Ensure clear communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
Balance BAU + strategic initiatives across regions/time zones
Qualifications
5+ years in technical delivery roles
Good understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, CI/CD & DevOps
Experience handling integrations, modernization, and security practices
Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and customer focus
Ability to lead remote squads with clarity, trust & accountability
