You’ll work closely with engineering, product, business, and leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve technology capabilities that ensure operational resilience, innovation, and measurable business outcomes as the organization scales. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and drive the technology strategy, including the multi‑year roadmap (build/buy/partner), aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements, and steered by a clear KPI framework. /liliOwn the technology budget and drive efficiency across build and run through FinOps, TCO management, and unit economics. /liliSet and govern the target architecture (cloud‑native, event‑driven, microservices, zero‑trust), ensuring scalability, interoperability, and resilience. /liliDrive innovation through structured pilots and AI‑augmented development (code assistance, test generation, defect prediction), embedding AI into the technology and product approach with appropriate governance. /liliEstablish and scale engineering standards, organisational frameworks, and quality benchmarks across DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and observability practices. /liliEnsure security and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, PSD2) through secure‑by‑design principles, third‑party risk management, and strong incident response capabilities. /liliAct as a senior technical counterpart for strategic clients, shaping joint roadmaps and translating technology into measurable business impact. /liliManage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and commercial accountability. /liliServe as the key interface between technology and other departments, including Product Management, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivery. /liliBuild and lead a high‑performing, cross‑border technology organisation with clear structures, role clarity, and an inclusive engineering culture. /liliDrive consequence management and attract senior technology talent to ensure long‑term organisational capability. /liliAlign technology, product, and business through structured planning, prioritisation, and leadership‑level communication. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliSolid experience in technology leadership roles, including leading multi‑disciplinary teams at scale. /liliProven ownership of enterprise technology strategy, ideally within financial or security technology environments; Business‑to‑Government experience is a plus. /liliProven experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑year digital or software projects. /liliDeep knowledge of modern architectures (APIs, microservices, event‑driven), cloud‑native operations, DevSecOps/SRE, and the impact of AI on technology organisations. /liliStrong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence at board and regulatory level. /liliAbility to build high‑trust, high‑performance, and inclusive engineering cultures. /liliDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; background in development or architecture is preferred. /li /ulh3Recommended Skills /h3ulliExperience scaling organisations in growth or MA contexts. /liliExperience managing technology portfolios, vendors, and partners at scale. /liliStrong understanding of aligning technology investments with business KPIs and outcomes. /liliExperience working in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience working in Business‑to‑Government environments. /liliExperience in highly secure or regulated industries. /liliAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. /li /ulh3What’s great about working with us /h3pbCulture and diversity: /b Join a people‑oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone). bEqual Opportunity Employer /b and LGBT+ friendly. /ppbTeam: /b An opportunity to shape our engineering culture and work with a passionate, mission‑driven team.
