Revenue Growth Manager

Regional Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager

At Fluidra, we are looking for a Regional Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager to drive sustainable and profitable growth across our markets. This role will be key in deploying and scaling RGM capabilities, focusing on our core levers: Price Management, Trade Terms Management, Promotion Management, and Mix Optimization .

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing Fluidra’s Revenue Growth Management strategy. You will work closely with multiple teams and markets to ensure data-driven, value-based commercial decisions that drive growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. RGM Strategy Execution

- Support the business development team in defining and deploying Fluidra’s RGM framework across markets.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of RGM practices, while allowing flexibility for local market dynamics.
- Identify growth and margin opportunities using structured RGM methodologies.

2. Price Management

- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
- Define price architecture, including segmentation, pack-price relationships, and value-based pricing.
- Lead the rollout of value-based pricing methodologies across markets.
- Monitor pricing performance, realization, and compliance.
- Establish competitive benchmarking and pricing governance frameworks.
- Deploy price elasticity models to strengthen pricing decisions.

3. Trade Terms Management

- Optimize trade terms structures (discounts, rebates, incentives) to improve profitability and transparency.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure effective allocation of trade investments.
- Establish governance frameworks to reduce complexity and inefficiencies.
- Monitor trade spend performance and identify optimization opportunities.

4. Promotion Management

- Roll out methodologies to evaluate and improve promotion effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop best practices for promotional planning and execution.
- Support markets in defining optimal promotional calendars and mechanics.
- Shift promotional strategies from volume-driven to value- and profit-driven approaches through data analytics.

5. Mix Management (Portfolio Optimization)

- Drive profitable growth through product, customer, and channel mix optimization.
- Support SKU rationalization and portfolio simplification initiatives.
- Align product offerings with key customer segments and use cases.

6. Analytics & Insights

- Leverage advanced analytics to support all RGM levers.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Promote a data-driven mindset across commercial teams.
- Deploy standardized analytical frameworks (e.g., price elasticity, promotional uplift models).

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with:
- Sales – to ensure execution and alignment on pricing and trade strategies
- Marketing – to align brand strategies with value creation
- Finance – to support profitability tracking, budgeting, and governance
- Local Teams – to adapt global frameworks locally

- Act as a key business partner influencing decision-making across the organization.

8. Capability Building & Governance

- Strengthen RGM capabilities through training and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to Fluidra’s governance and processes.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across regions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in RGM, pricing, commercial finance, or category management.
- Experience in industrial, durable goods, or FMCG/CPG sectors is preferred.
- Proven experience working in international or matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and margin improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with pricing tools or RGM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Project management and change management capabilities.
