Are you a strategic, highly motivated, and results-driven German-speaking sales professional ready to own and grow a portfolio of mid-sized accounts in the high-tech industry? We are looking for an Account Manager Executive to be the driving force behind client acquisition, retention, and growth within the German market, operating from our base in Spain.
What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities
Strategic Account Ownership & Growth
Focus on developing and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers, driving acquisition, retention, and growth.
Own the overall account strategy and execution, systematically qualify customer potential, and address whitespace opportunities across our full product portfolio.
Proactively hunt for opportunities within accounts with low or no Share of Wallet (SOW).
Drive PC++ Sales (including Headsets, Displays, and Care Packs) as well as Print Transactional Sales.
Relationship Management & Engagement
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, primarily via phone and digital channels.
Identify and engage new contacts within assigned accounts, elevate relationships across the full portfolio, and manage structured communications based on strategic sequencing.
Support renewals and post-sales activities in partner-led opportunities, offering guidance on cross-sell and upsell strategies based on customer needs.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience across all interactions.
Sales Execution & Collaboration
Own opportunity identification, qualification, and management.
Lead the solution-building process, engaging pooled central inside sales specialists and presales experts when necessary.
Collaborate closely with the Channel team (PBM, iPBM, Proximity) to align account strategies and drive execution.
Coordinate with in-market technical consultants to provide expert support when required.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
Commercial & Administrative Management
Support or lead project management efforts, own pricing discussions, and ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines.
Manage negotiations and sales closure with a strong focus on profitability.
Accurately track sales activities, update customer information, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports using our CRM system.
Who We're Looking For: Essential Requirements
Language Proficiency:
Bilingual German (C2) is mandatory for client communication.
B2 English is required for internal documentation and communication.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales (Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development, etc.), with a proven track record of managing and growing accounts.
Legal Status:
Must possess a valid Spanish Residence Card or European Union (EU) ID that permits working legally in Spain.
Industry Interest:
A strong interest in or prior exposure to the High-Tech, IT, or Telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
Skills:
Proven negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills. You must be highly organized and able to manage time and a complex pipeline effectively.
Work Environment & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (with scheduled breaks).
Location: Choose between a Hybrid model in our offices in Barcelona, Malaga, or Valencia, or work Fully Remote from any other location within Spain.
