What You'll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders)
- Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Represent Promexa independently and professionally in client calls, discovery meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Understand client business challenges and consultatively pitch tailored web, mobile, and UI/UX solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships through strategic engagement and value-driven storytelling.
- Track leads and deal progress with full transparency
Compensation:
- 10-15% of net profit per project closed
- Performance bonuses and long-term partnership options
You're a Great Fit If:
- You’ve sold software/dev services or SaaS before
- You've B2B IT services or product engineering sales experience
- You're well-networked with founders, agencies, or startups
- You're a freelancer or growth hacker who loves the thrill of the close
- You’re self-driven, honest, and can work independently
