As an SEA Specialist, you will drive the visibility and performance of our digital platforms, owning both paid (SEA) strategies. You will work closely with marketing, content, and analytics teams to grow high-quality traffic, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our overall search presence through a data-driven approach.
Your area of responsibility
* Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, structures, and performance (ROAS, CPA, conversions
* Integrate SEA activities with HubSpot, ensuring proper tracking, lead management, and funnel optimization
* Analyze campaign and organic performance using GA4 and other tools, providing actionable insights and recommendation
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to continuously improve performance and user experience

* You have 3–6+ years of experience in SEA and a proven track record with Google Ads
