This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled technical support, driving product excellence and customer satisfaction.
You lead customer projects by collaborating with technology, marketing and sales: resolve and troubleshoot technical issues related to product formulation and manufacturing. Understand customer's strategic direction as well as their "pains & gains" and introduce the Elementis value proposition to better support their plans.
Lead and/or participate in (multifunctional) projects for Personal Care.
You design and develop comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and customers: ensuring clear communication of Elementis' products value proposition.
You identify and line-up new business opportunities in line with the business strategy: align internal technical expertise with customer needs to drive new project development and support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of product formulation in the personal care sector. Mentorship capabilities to support the development of team members.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing and sales. Collaborative approach to problem-solving and project execution.
Ability to provide technical support and resolve customer issues. Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products and services.
Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in project planning and execution from concept to completion.
Understanding of the commercial aspects of product development. In-depth knowledge of formulation chemistry in the personal care industry.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Cosmetic Science or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the personal care industry.
Advanced computer software capabilities like MS Office.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus, i.e French, Spanish, German or Italian.
