Your mission
The Corporate Pricing Analyst (CPA) is responsible for analyzing the price structure of key company products as its competitors, as well as the following global pricing trends, preparing models for contracting and gross-to-net excellence and supporting the pricing and market access strategy.
The role has a global scope and covers both in-development and marketed products. For this purpose, the CPA will work under the direction of the Senior Corporate Pricing Manager and will have daily interaction with the Global Brand Team of the products, Local Pricing Teams and the Partners Area. To be successful, the CPA must be able to work in a matrix setting, have analytic, organizational and time management skills.
The position will report to the Senior Corporate Pricing Manager, part of the Global Market Access and Pricing Department.
Responsibilities
1. Monitor & report price changes, generating and updating pricing maps and challenge responsible parties to achieve appropriate price developments.
2. Report and follow-up with local teams (affiliates and partners) any list price change and IPR forecasts.
3. Key point of contact for local teams (affiliates and partners) regarding pricing strategy and implementation.
4. Support pricing, payer and market access research to inform product development as well as post-launch products lifecycle management.
5. For products pre-launch, support develop of the launch sequence, proposing optimal list and net prices to achieve appropriate access, led by the senior corporate pricing function.
6. Review & support local Pricing & Reimbursement submissions.
7. Model contracting agreements to support product strategy pre-launch and post-launch.
8. Analyze gross to net structures for current products.
9. Develop analytical models to optimize revenue management and optimize gross-to-net pricing
10. Analyze HTA assessments to inform product strategy.
11. Monitor and analyze Health Care Environment trends and competitive landscapes in order to inform the market access strategy.
12. Participate in wider cross-functional projects to ensure cross-fertilization and collaboration among different areas and horizontal growth.

Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed

21. Life Sciences, Economics or Engineer degree.
22. Minimum 2-year experience in Pricing and Market Access in the pharma sector.
23. Global role or knowledge of pricing requirements in different geographies desirable.
24. Ability to drive and implement, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to prioritize work.
25. Strong analytic and organizational skills.
26. Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
27. Self-starter who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive can-do approach to arising challenges.
28. English and Spanish speaker. Additional languages are a plus.
