Key Responsibilities
* Lead the evolution and maintenance of our website visuals and design, ensuring an optimal product communication while maintaining brand consistency
* Create high-quality visual assets for marketing and sales materials, including presentations, social media content, and digital campaigns
* Utilize AI tools effectively for design ideation, asset creation, and workflow optimization
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and translate requirements into visually compelling solutions
* Design and develop engaging web animations and interactive elements that enhance value proposition understanding of our audience
* Maintain and evolve our visual brand guidelines across all digital platforms
* Manage and update content on our WordPress website (no backend dev required)
* Apply design updates using HTML/CSS when needed (small adjustments, not full dev work)
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in web design and visual design
* Experience in both on-screen and off-screen graphic design
* Experience creating visuals for digital channels (web, social, email)
* Strong portfolio with examples of brand design, marketing assets, and digital content
* Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Canva)
* Familiarity with WordPress for content updates and theme customization
* Solid understanding of HTML/CSS to implement minor visual tweaks
* Knowledge of current web design trends, best practices, and UX principles
* Proven experience with AI design tools and platforms
Technical Skills
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
* Design tools (Figma, Canva)
* Presentation design (Google Slides / Microsoft PowerPoint)
* HTML/CSS coding proficiency
* Web animation tools and techniques
* Basic understanding of SEO principles
* Experience with WordPress theme customization and maintenance (plus)
* Proficiency in AI tools such as:
* Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar for visual asset creation
* AI-powered animation tools
* AI-assisted code generation tools
