Sales & Talent Advisor
This is a full 360 position where you will own the entire recruitment cycle.
* Develop and manage your own client portfolio (business development included)
* Define search strategy and hiring approach with clients
* Map markets and identify top talent across Europe
* Run full selection processes: sourcing, assessment, interviews, recommendations
* Close candidates and manage offer processes end-to-end
* Act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions, not just an executor
* You will operate across Spain, France, and broader European markets, with international scale-ups and high-growth organisations.
Qualifications
Recruitment / Talent background:
* Min 1 year in executive search, agency recruitment, or in-house Talent Acquisition
* Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate markets
* Desire to move from execution to advisory and ownership
Consulting / Business / Sales background:
* Experience in client-facing, high-performance environments
* Strong commercial and structured thinking skills
* Curiosity about talent, organisations, and human decision-making
* Problem-solving mindset — structured thinking in ambiguous situations
* Ownership mentality — full accountability for outcomes, not tasks
