The Marketing Team provides transversal support to the entire division, both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking for a
Marketing Project Specialist
to join our team on a stable basis.
Goals
Development and execution of the Business Unit marketing plan
Increase lead generation and improve conversion rates
Improve web positioning and social media performance
Main Responsibilities
Define and execute the Marketing Plan for the Business Unit, identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and performance.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive and optimize the e-commerce channel, strengthening digital presence and conversion rates.
Create and adapt multi-channel content (LinkedIn, website, internal materials), ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners, aligning creative, digital, and commercial initiatives.
Monitor performance through KPIs and campaign analytics, recommending continuous improvements to boost engagement and lead generation.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing roles, with exposure to project coordination or operational responsibilities.
Hands‑on, autonomous and proactive profile, able to take ownership and drive projects independently.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical approach, confident working with data, KPIs, and performance optimisation.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO/SEM and key online channels. xpzdshu
