Executive Chef – Dominican Republic – Up to $5,000 per month
We are proud to partner with a renowned luxury resort in the Dominican Republic to find their next Spanish-speaking Executive Chef. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary leader to join a prestigious property known for its exceptional guest experiences and world-class dining.
Benefits:
1. Competitive Compensation & Rewards: $5,000 gross monthly salary (28% tax), 13 monthly payments, performance-based year-end bonus.
2. Relocation & Family Support: $2,000 monthly housing allowance, relocation flight costs covered, temporary housing, work permit sponsorship (including family), and annual flights home.

Requirements:
* Strong experience as an Executive Chef in a resort/hotel setting.
* Proven international background, with Caribbean experience considered a plus.
* Innovative mindset with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
* Strong leadership skills, inspiring teams, holding chefs accountable, and fostering collaboration.
* Highly visible on the floor, leading by example in service and operations.
