An international company in the promotional products sector is expanding its Product Management team and looking for two types of profiles :
Junior talents with strong potential, ready to grow into strategic roles with close mentorship.Experienced Product Managers, ready to take ownership and lead category success.The OpportunityThis is a strategic and hands-on role in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be responsible for managing product categories end to end — from research and planning, to supplier alignment, product launch, and performance tracking.Depending on your background, you’ll either lead strategy or grow into it with support from senior managers.What You’ll Be DoingSupport or lead the development and execution of category strategies aligned with sales and profit goalsAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify new opportunitiesSelect, plan and manage product assortments, ensuring strong positioning and valueCollaborate with procurement, inventory and marketing teams across different countriesTrack supplier and product performance, ensuring high standardsContribute to forecasting and prevent over / under-stockingPlay a key role in seasonal collection planning and product innovationWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in product / category management, ideally in retail, FMCG or consumer goodsStrong analytical and commercial mindsetMotivation to grow into a product ownership role or further develop as a category expertGreat project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsData-driven and comfortable working with product performance metricsFluent in English ;
