Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver interdisciplinary clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
* Act as primary liaison between the company and customers to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout.
* Manage project teams, quality, timelines, budget and financial performance.
* Coordinate all study conduct partners, identify and manage issues proactively.
* Maintain study information across databases and systems; ensure TMF completeness.
* Prepare project management reports and present at internal and external meetings.
* Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies.
* Build strong client relationships to generate new or add‑on business.
* Participate in bid defense meetings and may line‑manage other PMs and clinical monitoring staff.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or related field.
* Experience in a CRO and relevant therapeutic area; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent organizational, time‑management and independent work skills.
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel (~25%).
* Ability to embrace new technologies.
