The position of the Process Engineer Team Leader under the supervision of the management team at the department, is defined to support the manufacturing activity as gatekeeper of the Industrialization process by the assurance of the GSM recipes for production, providing the best configuration for the equipment and manufacturing costing routes and instructions that represent the proper assignment of the production resources.
**Job Function**:
**First Lot Control / Launch / Industrialization process contributions**:
- Scale-up and commercialization of laboratory paint formulas.
- Provide solutions for production routes and bridge between R&D; and Plant manufacturing Scale.
- Build Department support in FLC gatekeeping process.
- Support batch consistency as defined by First Run Capability (FRC) or First Time Quality (FTQ) by assuring 100% of FLA with no adjustment in stable items as part of the FLC loop.
**Improvement loop / Efficiency**:
- Support internal non conformities root cause analysis to achieve 80% RCE identify.
- Make proposal for STD of process that can be strength or better defined.
- Provide Department feedback in external problem solving discussions with customer issues. Support SSPL / AMU strategy of the Plant.
**GSM / Oracle R12 manufacturing support**:
- Support driver of Formula in the system.
- Cost effective conversion of raw materials to finished goods.
**Innovation support**:
- Build 3 VSM and contribute to identify activities under potential revision for optimization.
- Supporting STD creation of process to production instructions.
**Manufacturing EHS & Quality System**:
- Development and maintenance of EHS and local process requirements such as PSM, PHA’s, PSSR’s, and work instructions.
**Process Engineer Level Team Leader**:
- At this level the PE Team leader must be identified as process and product expert, supporting the Plant.
- Support the Process Safety Plant Comitee.in the hazards and risks analysis.
- Comprehension and ability to manage and maintain multiple unit operations and associated equipment; and process technologies.
- Demonstrated customer presentation competency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering.
- Proficient in English :C1
- Effective human relations and interpersonal skills
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Ability to move project tasks in a positive forward direction with effectiveness.
- Incumbent must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Responsabilidades principales para un líder de equipo de ingenieros de procesos OEM en una planta de fabricación de pintura en Valladolid.**
La posición del líder de equipo de ingenieros de procesos, bajo la supervisión del equipo de gestión del departamento, está definida para apoyar la actividad de fabricación como guardián del proceso de industrialización, asegurando las recetas GSM para la producción, proporcionando la mejor configuración para el equipo y las rutas de costos de fabricación e instrucciones que representan la asignación adecuada de los recursos de producción.

- Apoyar al departamento en el proceso de control de FLC.
- Apoyar la consistencia de los lotes según lo definido por la capacidad de la primera ejecución (FRC) o la calidad de la primera vez (FTQ) asegurando el 100% de FLA sin ajustes en elementos estables como parte del ciclo de FLC.
