What you´ll get to do
Overall support in the management of technical retail projects including:
- Contribute to the definition of the functional requirements, considering all relevant stakeholders business needs and ensuring technical feasibility and tool adoption
- Integrate retail and digital solutions providing different omnichannel functionalities
- Implement retail platform and technologies in the stores (POS systems, traffic counter, clienteling tools, digital signature,..)
- Provide new functionalities and optimize existing features
- Contribute to third party tools integrations
- Coordinate third parties for the technical development and support and execution of projects
- Coordinate and guarantee the quality of the tool releases (validation, testing and documentation)

At least 2-year experience on managing retail and omnichannel technology projects, if the area is Fragrance and Beauty would be appreciated.
University, engineer degree would be a plus
Fluent English and Spanish required. Chinese will be a plus
- Reliability, detail focus, achievement driven and high standard of work quality
- Teamwork spirit and great ability to build relationships and work with partners and internal teams
- Innovative and proactive attitude
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel systems POS (Oracle Xstore and Cegid Y2 would be appreciated), Ecommerce (Hybris and Shopify would be appreciated), Clienteling/CRM tools.
- SQL and APIs knowledge at user level
- Project management skills specially with agile methodologies. Experience with JIRA or similar project manager software as a service is a plus
