Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Spain to lead sales and service teams in Madrid across the country. You will manage team performance, develop and execute regional sales strategies, grow market share, and provide coaching to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Lead a sales and services team in a large area of Spain.
* Achieve and exceed sales goals in cooperation with the team.
* Develop a regional sales strategy that aggressively gains market share and drives consistent financial results.
* Translate strategy into actionable tactics and plan co‑travel with SFRs to engage existing and new customers.
* Present appropriate products, solutions and services to customers.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum five years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
* Proven leadership experience coaching and driving sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to market challenges.
* Customer‑centric approach with strong relationship‑building skills and high customer satisfaction.
