You will act as the key account manager for strategic suppliers and are the primary procurement partner for the Diagnostic X-Ray Business Unit. This role drives profitability, operational excellence, supplier collaboration, continuous improvement, and long-term value creation. **Job Responsibilities:** • Leads complex and integral procurement relationships, ensuring alignment with Philips' organizational strategy across multiple business domains. • Acts as key account manager for strategic suppliers, overseeing procurement and sourcing activities. • Serves as procurement lead for the Diagnostic X-Ray Business Unit, shaping partner selection and strategic direction. • Initiates and executes procurement programs to increase profitability and operational efficiency. • Identifies kaizen opportunities and facilitates co-creation with suppliers to enhance process improvement. • Develops and maintains product cost-roadmaps and project management plans. • Manages cross-disciplinary strategic procurement projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and resources. • Creates business cases supporting productivity and strategic improvements. • Manages the savings funnel and long-term cost-down roadmap. • Supports Product Sourcing Engineers, R&D, Finance, Program & Product Management in supplier collaboration activities. • Supports phase-in/phase-out processes for new product introductions and lifecycle management. **You're the right fit if:** • You hold a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience OR a Master’s degree with 5+ years experience in account management, program management, stakeholder management, or similar fields. • You bring strong experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, and cost optimization. • You demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills including negotiation, problem solving, and stakeholder partnership. • You have technical acumen; experience in X-Ray or Health Systems is preferred. • Preferred certifications include Philips PM Practitioner Certification and Account Management Certification. **How we work together:** We believe we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week.
