As part of the Sales Department in Spain, this role is responsible for
delivering annual sales objectives
through the
leadership of Sales and Service teams
across a large territory.Reporting to the
General Manager
, you will combine
strategic direction
with
hands-on field support
, ensuring sustainable growth, strong market presence, and high customer satisfaction within the Spanish healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve ambitious sales targetsOwn sales performance for a large area in Spain, ensuring consistent delivery of financial objectivesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy, translating it into clear, actionable daily prioritiesActively support the field through planned co-travel with sales representatives, engaging with existing and new customersPromote relevant products, solutions, and services based on customer needsTrack sales performance, forecasts, pipeline growth, and instrument usage using DBS tools
The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or related field.Minimum
5 years’ experience
in sales within
medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcareProven team leadership experience
, ideally in a similar regional or sales management roleSolid knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system
and its key stakeholdersStrong
strategic thinking
combined with
