We are looking for a Junior SEO Manager (German speaking) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.
Job in brief:
* Job Title: Junior SEO Manager (German language)
* Working model: full‑remote from Europe (Spain, Germany, UK, Poland)
* Team: SEO team within the Marketing department
* Level: Professional
* Contract: Fixed term contract & Full‑time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be:
* Analyze data for the German speaking markets to inform decisions and identify on‑page optimisation opportunities.
* Focus on the German speaking market while having potential to work on other markets and market‑agnostic projects.
* Ensure the growth of our sites within the German speaking market, working with the SEO team and other teams (content, data, product).
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English and German; role focuses on weg.de and Lastminute.de.
* Can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting with at least a small prior SEO experience.
* Proactive and motivated to grow within the team.
* Availability ideally for 6–12 months.
* Experience using Excel or Sheets to interrogate data.
* Experience with SEO/Marketing tools such as Keyword Research tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
* A degree or related training courses in Digital Marketing.

Selection process steps:

* First interview with Manager: soft skills + technical knowledge
* Optional test step online or offline
* Second interview (Manager + Team Member): test/test review + technical knowledge
