**Required Knowledge and Skills**:
- Demonstrated experience in international Customer Service
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Intermediate level of proficiency in French
- Knowledge of export processes is highly desirable
