Role Responsibilities:
* Accompany and support the IT requirements specification process.
* Conduct research, gather data, analyze and synthesize findings to prepare, present, and deliver recommendations and solutions.
* Participate in the delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
* Develop and maintain test automation (high level of experience required).
* Understand system architecture and database design for web-based software development.
* Optimize performance to reduce latency.
* Professionalize code to ensure high-quality testing, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
* Build and improve database queries (relational or document-based) for performance optimization.
* Work in cloud environments (Azure or others).
Technical Knowledge:
* Java
* Spring Boot
Test Automation:
* Jest
* Git
Cloud:
* Azure (or other platforms).
Nice to Have:
* React JS (Frontend)
* React Testing Library
* Microservices
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer and in Test Automation.
* Experience working in agile projects.
* Understanding of general IT processes (software lifecycle).
* Background in IT consulting, change management, and interface management.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Organized, disciplined, and reliable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also collaborating effectively in a team.
* Results-driven and self-directed, with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
