Role: SAP Order-to-Cash Business Analyst (S/4HANA)

brWe are looking for an IT Application Analyst with SAP experience to support and improve Order-to-Invoice / Order-to-Cash processes in a global SAP S/4HANA environment.
brThis role sits at the intersection of business and IT, working closely with business stakeholders, the Application Manager and development teams to analyse processes, manage operational issues and deliver continuous improvements to SAP applications.

brThe position combines Business Analysis with operational application support, ensuring SAP O2C processes run smoothly while driving enhancements across the system landscape.

brAct as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams for SAP O2C related topics
brGather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
brSupport BAU operations of SAP O2C applications and help analyse operational issues
brCoordinate with SAP consultants and developers to deliver system improvements and enhancements
brParticipate in testing activities (UAT, validation, regression testing)
brSupport continuous improvement initiatives for SAP-based business processes
brHelp prioritise business needs and prepare issues for delivery teams

brYou are a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with SAP exposure, comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams.
brYou enjoy understanding how business processes work, analysing problems and helping translate business needs into system improvements.
brThis role focuses on analysis, coordination and process improvement rather than hands-on SAP configuration.

brBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field
br~3+ years of experience working with SAP environments (ECC or S/4HANA)
br~ Good understanding of Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Invoice processes
br~ Knowledge of SAP SD, MM or PP modules
br~ Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and functional documentation
br~ Experience supporting UAT and system enhancements
br~ Fluent English

brExperience with SAP integrations (SAP CPI, BTP or middleware tools)
brExposure to SAP Fiori or modern SAP interfaces
brExperience working in Agile environments
