Korea's No.1 fashion group is looking for a visionary Integral Advertising Director (Director/Head Level) to lead brand innovation and creative excellence. ELAND WORLD is seeking a Global Advertising Director to lead the integrated advertising and creative strategy across its major fashion brands — including SPAO, MIXXO, New Balance Korea, and WHO.A.U. This role will oversee brand campaigns, creative direction, and visual communication across global markets. A 6-month collaboration project will serve as the foundation for performance evaluation, followed by a formal appointment as Global Director based on results.
Responsibilities
Lead integrated fashion brand advertising campaigns and global branding strategy
Develop seasonal campaign concepts and creative directions
Collaborate closely with brand Creative Directors, Design, MD, and Marketing teams
Plan K-Culture-driven campaigns (K-POP, Drama, Webtoon collaborations)
Build digital-first content strategies and global visual identity guidelines
Proven experience as an Advertising/Branding Director in integral fashion, beauty, or SPA brands
Strong balance between creativity and commercial execution
Deep understanding of Asian and global fashion markets
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
