Role Objective
Monitor key business and in-store KPIs, driving sales and productivity to meet company targets.
Monitor sales trends against budgets and forecasts, keep the Retail Director and sales team informed, and highlight opportunities or issues.
Analyze key business KPIs such as conversion rate, ASP, bino-rate, aiming to optimize growth and productivity.
Conduct deep dives into customer types to understand business trends and develop targeted actions.
Provide regular portfolio analysis and forecast achievement based on various factors.
Design and manage Sales Incentive Plans and Commissions Schemes in collaboration with HR and Finance.
Define and oversee promotions and discounts with local and regional teams, aligned with company strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Experience managing complex data structures with a focus on data analysis and business impact.
Project management and analysis experience in Sales and Marketing within international settings.
Proficiency in Office, especially Excel;
familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Knowledge of Power BI;
SQL skills areadvantageous.
Managerial Skills
Strong analytical, mathematical, and business skills.
Team-oriented with results-driven approach.
Ability to work effectively across different roles and cultures.
