Hospital Channel Leadership
Expand the company's presence in public and private hospitals, with a specific focus on critical care units and high-consumption injectable therapies.
Manage and support participation in hospital tenders, pricing strategies, and regional procurement processes.
Ensure competitive positioning and robust execution within all hospital purchasing structures.
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a national team of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
Set strategic priorities, performance objectives, and KPIs to ensure strong customer engagement and market coverage.
Oversee the implementation of digital tools and processes to monitor KAM activities and key account performance.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with:
