Experteer Overview As HR Director Spain, you will lead local HR delivery aligned with JLL’s global strategy, shaping employee experience and organizational performance. You’ll partner with Business and HR leaders to implement policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across the employee lifecycle. You’ll drive talent management cycles and a culture of inclusion, leveraging data and local knowledge to deliver sustainable HR solutions. - Act as the local delivery expert for JLL's global HR strategy and ensure alignment with local policies
- Activate and facilitate HR policies, processes, and tools across the employee lifecycle (Hiring, Onboarding, Performance, Promotion, etc.)
- Lead talent management cycles: goal setting, talent reviews, succession, compensation planning
- Collaborate with Regional People Partners to reflect regional HR needs in people strategy
- Drive inclusion and belonging, promoting diverse voices and engagement
- Partner with HR Product teams to deliver high-quality HR resources and experiences
- Lead ad hoc projects impacting business results and employee experience
- Manage Employee Relations and advise/coaching for stakeholders
- Support transitions, expansions, and stabilization of new businesses with focus on employee experience
