This is a high-impact, on-the-ground role where you’ll spend the majority of your time in store visiting 100+ doors educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.

Own field sales & education execution across a large retail territory Visit 100+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in-store support Deliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadership Support launches, events, and key retail moments Strong field sales experience within beauty or cosmetics Confident educator with the ability to inspire and influence store teams Excellent relationship-builder with store managers and retail partners Passionate about beauty, education, and brand storytelling Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role.
