Cathay Pacific Airways, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, etc.PPG is currently looking for a Stock controller to join its team within a role that could offer opportunities for personal and career progression.As Stock Controller, you will be part of a committed team, responsible for purchasing, ordering stock and maintain an optimal stock levels of quality products at all times across our lounges and hotel in Madrid International Airport.Enter shipping and inventory data in computer system· Create and maintain detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies· Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping· Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items and across all the lounges/hotel· Coordinate regular inventory audit for all the lounges/hotel· Track and ensure deliveries are received· Make note of damaged inventory· Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimizing losses· Supervise and coordinate the goods receivers team to ensure a smooth run of the operations· Maintaining records of purchases, pricing and other important data· Ensure purchase inventory is within specific budget· Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers to enable easier procurement of products· Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role· Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk and climb during the course of the shift· Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus· Able to work weekends and extended hours if requested·
