We are now expanding our reach in the automotive sector to accelerate innovation in connected cars, autonomous vehicles, and beyond. /pp Role Overview /pp As the Senior Business Development Director for the Automobile industry, you will lead DataForce’s strategic expansion into global automotive markets. Collaborating with sales, product, and operations teams, you will identify and cultivate key partnerships—spanning OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and emerging mobility tech companies. Your goal is to demonstrate how DataForce’s AI-driven data services can revolutionize efficiency, safety, and user experience in the automotive space, especially around Artificial Intelligence. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Market Penetration : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Europe, the U.S., and Asia, tapping into DataForce’s specialized offerings for autonomous driving, in-car infotainment, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). /lili Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with automotive executives and product teams, showcasing DataForce’s ability to enhance innovation while meeting safety and compliance standards. /lili Revenue Generation : Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract negotiation, ensuring continuous growth and high customer satisfaction. /lili Product Strategy Alignment : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor data solutions—such as annotation, labeling, and real-world data collection—to the unique needs of automotive clients. /lili Industry Representation : Serve as a brand ambassador at key automotive conferences and forums, sharing best practices around AI data solutions for connected and autonomous vehicles. /li /ulp Role Requirement /pulli Commit to a high level of integrity and service /lili Deliver quality work /lili Service focused with a desire to exceed expectations /lili Owning your performance and taking responsibility /lili Multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment /lili Commit to always treating everyone with the ultimate level of respect /lili Work well in a team with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures /lili Build and maintain strategic relationships /lili Celebrate diversity and embrace new ideas and differing perspectives /lili Be responsible and make sound decisions /lili Take active measures to achieve results and solve problems /li /ulp Qualifications /pulli Experience : Minimum 7 years in business development or sales roles within the automotive or mobility sector, with a proven track record of closing complex deals. /lili Expertise : In-depth understanding of autonomous driving technologies, ADAS, connected car platforms, and related compliance requirements. /lili Skills : Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation abilities; comfortable engaging with senior executives. /lili Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is advantageous. /lili Global Perspective : Willingness to travel worldwide to forge and nurture client relationships across multiple regions. /li /ulp Ready to reshape the future of mobility? /pp Become part of DataForce’s mission to drive innovation in the automotive industry through premium AI data solutions. /pp By applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: /p
