It is a genuine hunter position for someone who knows how to open doors, build a pipeline from scratch, and convert opportunities in a niche, high-value market. The business operates in specialist areas including clinical trial logistics, temperature-sensitive transport, urgent shipments, and time-critical air freight solutions, supporting customers where service failure is simply not an option. They are looking for someone who can come in at a strong mid-level, work with a high degree of autonomy, and make a visible commercial impact quickly. In the first year, the expectation is that this person will have embedded into the culture, built a healthy pipeline, and started converting new opportunities.
