We are passion to lead, win and grow as One Agilent in a culture as welcome feedback, recognize our successes and continuously develop.**Responsibilities**:- Preparation of demo/training layouts- Customer visits, trainings and demos of products- Internal trainings on products (sales team) and Internal Technical Support- Collaborate with Sales- and Marketing organization in the promotion of products- Demonstrations and participation in clinical sessions (with Pathologists) as consultants- Adaptation of products to customers’ needs where agreed and approved by Sales, FACE and Customer- Reagent optimization where agreed and approved by Sales, FACE and Customer- Preparation/translation for user guides and instrumentation manuals where needed- Customer Technical Support- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in collaboration with local sales, service and TSG (Technical Service Group) in compliance with global complaint handling process- Collaborations with other departments to prepare specific technical documentation for tenders- Drive seminars and special trainings for customers (technician, pathologists, others lab stakeholders)- Attendance to congresses and meetings- SAP discipline - closing SO´s (Service Orders) and time registration- Attendance to Sales- and FACE meetings and preparation of presentations when required- Attendance to FACE trainings in Glostrup, WebEx and T-cons- Report the result of actions (trainings, demos and technical support)- Ensure global guidelines and best practice are adopted and adhered to**Requirements**:- Master, PhD, Medical Laboratory Technologist - Histopathology or similar- Highly experienced within pathology workflow, staining and immunohistochemistry- Good teaching experience and ability to coach- High degree of business understanding, and customer focused- Adaptable and goal oriented- Structured and quality minded- Highly teamwork and team success focused- Good English capabilityAgilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
