RoleAs a full time Project Leader Installations, you are responsible for coordinating installation projects across all phases: Preparation, start, execution, and completion.
You ensure that every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule and budget, and deliver a top-tier client experience.
You act as the central point of communication between clients, installers, and internal teams, making sure everything and everyone is aligned for a flawless installation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination (End-to-End)
Manage installation projects from preparation through to final delivery
Ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met
Planning & Organization
Create and manage detailed project planning on all levels
Anticipate challenges and proactively adjust plans when needed
Contracts & Budget Ownership
You own both the financials and agreements behind every project.
Prepare, monitor and manage project budgets to ensure delivery within budget and margin targets
Create and align client contracts and scope
Client Communication
Maintain professional, clear, and proactive communication with clients
Keep clients informed at all key stages of the project
Ensure an outstanding client experience from start to finish
Installer Coordination
Lead and coordinate teams of installers
Provide clear instructions, planning, and working methods
Ensure installers have all necessary information and materials to perform seamlessly
Budget & Materials Management
Oversee project budgeting and cost control
Ensure strong understanding of materials and their application
Coordinate logistics, transport, and delivery of materials to project sites
Quality Assurance
Ensure installations meet Mas Maya's high-quality standards
Deliver a smooth execution aligned with planning and expectations
Your Profile
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fluent in Spanish and English and full time available
Highly proactive, organized, and flexible
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Experience in project management, preferably in installations, construction, or coatings
Ability to coordinate and motivate installer-teams
Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments
