Why this role mattersAs our IT Support Specialist in Madrid, you are the person our teams rely on to stay connected, productive and secure. You are not just resolving tickets. You are maintaining the operational backbone of our Spain office and supporting colleagues across markets. Your ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues efficiently and communicate clearly across a multilingual environment has a direct impact on how well the business runs day to day. What You Will DoTechnical Support & HelpdeskProvide application, operating system, networking and hardware support to local and remote staffManage support requests through our ticketing system, tracking issues from intake to resolutionTroubleshoot network systems and respond to technical emergenciesSystems AdministrationDeploy, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and handheld devices (iOS and Android)Administer user accounts and access management via Microsoft EntraIDManage device lifecycle using Intune and AutopilotSupport and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams VoiceInfrastructure & OperationsMaintain audio/video equipment and support meeting room setupsContribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and proceduresManage asset inventory and produce audit reports and metrics as neededCollaborate across departments to assess evolving IT needs and communicate relevant updates to management and staff Required QualificationsWhat we are looking for2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate IT support roleSolid hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active DirectoryExperience with device management tools such as Intune and AutopilotFamiliarity with LAN/WAN environments and VOIP systems, including MS Teams VoiceC1 level in both Spanish and English, written and spokenStrong communication and customer service skillsNice to haveProfessional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft MCSAExperience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP or similar)Experience in an international or cross-functional environment What We OfferPermanent contract within a growing international groupCompetitive salary complemented by an annual performance-based bonusHybrid work model: 3 days in our Madrid office, 2 days remotePrivate health insurance with Sanitas, fully covered for the employeeMeal vouchers through PluxeeA structured onboarding and long-term development opportunities within APWireless Our recruitment processOur Process Typically IncludesAn initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition teamOne or two interviews with the hiring manager and relevant stakeholdersSteps may vary slightly depending on the role and local context.
