You will join our team to lead a high-impact international project, helping our clients optimize their strategic operations. We collaborate with leading global companies to professionalize their procurement processes, drive category strategies, and enhance governance. What responsibilities will you have?
The role focuses on leading the GLOBAL External Workforce category, combining strategic sourcing with internal process optimization. As a Global Lead Buyer, you will have a direct impact on how the organization manages external talent and consulting services globally. You will be responsible for:
* Category Strategy & Governance: Developing and implementing the global strategy for the External Workforce category, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* End-to-End Sourcing Excellence: Executing complex sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for new services, from market screening to final negotiation.
* Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Conducting deep-dive market analysis and benchmarking (rates, supplier capabilities, and service models) to ensure competitive advantage.
* Rate Card Management: Defining and managing global rate cards to standardize costs and optimize spend across different geographies.
* Internal Process Support ("Control Tower"): Acting as a key backup in the implementation and improvement of the "Control Tower" process, challenging internal requests for external consulting services.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Preparing decision matrices and advanced Excel models to determine the best delivery model (Internal vs. External).
* Stakeholder Management: Engaging with high-level stakeholders (Global Category Leads, HR, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation of procurement initiatives.
What we value?
* Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in Procurement, specifically as a Lead Buyer or Category Buyer.
* Specialization: Deep expertise in External Workforce, Indirect Procurement, or Consulting Services is highly preferred.
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and French is mandatory (daily interaction in both languages).
* Technical Skills: Advanced command of Excel for data analysis and experience managing complex RFP processes in multinational environments.
* Soft Skills: We seek a humble, empathetic, and highly diplomatic professional. You must be able to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Adaptability: A "plug & play" mindset with the ability to manage high workloads and transition quickly into existing projects.
