Customer Support - German & French
Customer support contact for corporate clients in the German midmarket, managing incidents, developing solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks
- Point of contact for corporate clients regarding questions about IT applications and systems.
- Receive incident reports via phone and email.
- Develop error analyses and solutions together with our customers.
- Document requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forward complex issues to 2nd level support.
- Contribute to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of customer support within an international team.
What You Bring With You
- Strong interest in IT technologies and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good German and French language skills, both written and spoken, required.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage.
