For the Ardena Business Unit based in Oss, we are looking for a
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will work closely with business process owners to improve and harmonize workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate with the global Finance team to ensure compliance and alignment with global financial strategies.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Business Partnering: Gather and deliver local data for monthly group business reporting. Create internal workflows to obtain the requested data.
* FP&A: Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Analyzing variances between actuals, budgets, prior periods, and forecasts, both in actuals as in forward looking metrics.
* Cost Control: Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies to improve profitability.
* Inventory Control: Reconciling inventory data and working closely with the supply chain team to optimize stock levels, control cash outflows, improve data quality, and enhance procurement processes.
* Commercial Control: Help safeguard normal financial terms in local contracts. Conducting monthly revenue recognition controls.
* Project Accounting: Supporting the implementation of robust project accounting procedures in close collaboration with Corporate Finance. Providing insights to improve project profitability. Become a local champion for the key users.
YOUR PROFILE
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related
* Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an international organization
* IT minded
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment
* A proactive and hands-on mentality
* Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
