Choose Your Base
You are registering your interest for a Cabin Crew position based in Spain.
When registering, be sure to select your preferred base location. You must have the unrestricted right to live and work in Spain and must live within 90 minutes of the base to be considered when roles open.
Please note, by selecting a preferred base, this does not guarantee that recruitment will take place at that location.
Requirements of the Role
What You'll Need
We’ll provide all the training you need but we’re looking for positive, people-focused individuals with a strong customer mindset and at least 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing role.
You’ll need to be fluent in written and spoken English (as well as the language native to your base), hold a valid passport, and have the unrestricted right to live and work in Spain (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available). You must also live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.
You must be comfortable selling and handling alcohol, as this forms part of your onboard responsibilities and commission structure. Tattoos are allowed, but must not be visible on the head, face, or neck, and any designs considered inappropriate should be covered discreetly.
Due to legal and safety requirements, you must be :
* 18 or older,
* Between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) in height without shoes,
* Able to swim 25 metres unaided,
* Able to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical
* Have the continuing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat which consists of a shoulder harness and lap belt
