Concessions Store Manager- ECI Las Palmas

Who You Are:

Our Concession Store Managers at Michael Kors are fashion-forward, driven, multi-tasking individuals who know how to keep their team focused and inspired in a fast-paced environment. You are a reliable, empowering, supportive leader and an effective communicator. As an innovative business owner, you lead the concession team by encouraging curiosity, transparency, and honesty while delivering an elevated customer experience while maintaining strong partnerships with the host store.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the concession while driving incremental sales through effective collaboration with cross-functional partners and host store teams.
• Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent.
• Oversee effective day-to-day concession operations and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage, inspire, and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development.
• Drive omni-channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with host store management to maximize business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

You'll Need to Have:

• Relevant experience managing a high-volume concession, department store environment, or specialty retail store, leading a team to achieve commercial objectives.
• Focus on results, thriving on exceeding targets and driving KPIs.
• Ability to problem-solve, proactive and flexible.
• Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker.
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
• English language.
