Key Responsibilities:
* Market Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities in the European market, with a focus on expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
* Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct on-site or virtual visits to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligning with the company's goals and market trends.
* Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
* Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the industry, ideally within the renewable energy, electronics, or IT sectors.
* Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience in photovoltaics, grid connection, or related technical areas is highly beneficial.
* Methodologies: Familiarity with agile work environments or requirements engineering is a plus.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, etc.) is highly desirable.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
