We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Business Development division and help us improve people's lives. As part of the Sacyr Concesiones development team, the Assistant Project Manager – Project Development ("APM") will assist with the P3 bidding process from a developer/equity investor perspective on social and transportation projects across various regions.

Duties and Responsibilities :
* Assist with coordinating and managing the entire P3 bidding process from start to finish.
* Negotiate equity teaming and project bidding agreements.
* Manage engagement of developer and lender advisors.
* Prepare RFQ submissions.
* Develop and implement project-specific bid management plans.
* Create and track project schedules and milestones.
* Coordinate bid deliverables across finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation teams.
* Negotiate contractual terms with the legal team related to DBFM, Design-Build, and Facility Management Contracts.
* Coordinate with finance to secure project financing and manage lender processes.
* Develop project costing in collaboration with finance, legal, construction, and operations teams.
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners, advisors, and clients.
* Prepare reports on bid progress, project descriptions, market assessments, etc.
* Perform additional tasks to support development activities and cross-team collaboration.
* Travel regularly for internal and client meetings.
Requirements and Competences :
* Degree in civil or industrial engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Quick learner with flexibility, attention to detail, and adaptability.
* Self-starter capable of working in a team environment on P3 bids from inception to financial close.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
* Understanding of P3 contractual frameworks.
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Experience with successful P3 deals is a plus.
