Corporate Rare Disease Launch Excellence & Medical Lead
Neuraxpharm seeks a hybrid Corporate Rare Disease Launch Excellence & Medical Lead to drive global medical strategy and ensure launch readiness for its Rare Diseases portfolio.

Your Mission
The Corporate Rare Diseases Launch Excellence & Medical Lead is responsible for driving Neuraxpharm's global medical strategy and ensuring launch readiness for its Rare Diseases portfolio. This role provides medical leadership and cross‐functional coordination to guarantee successful launches and lifecycle management of current and future assets.

Your Major Accountabilities

Launch Excellence – Lead and coordinate global launch readiness for the Rare Disease portfolio, ensuring affiliates execute deliverables aligned with corporate milestones.

Provide best practices and guidance to country teams while monitoring KPIs and addressing risks or unmet needs.

Medical Strategy & Operations – Develop and implement global Medical Affairs strategies for Rare Disease products, generating insights to identify unmet needs and opportunities.

Ensure strong cross‐functional collaboration with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development and BD.

External Expert Engagement – Lead global KOL mapping and engagement plans, including academic centres and patient associations.

Organise advisory boards and expert meetings to strengthen scientific relationships.

Medical Communications – Drive publication strategy and development, including congress abstracts and manuscripts, and lead creation of scientific narratives and core content.

Provide medical review and approval of promotional and non‐promotional materials, supporting omni‐channel communication strategies.

Medical Training & Internal Education – Deliver scientific training for Medical Advisors, MSLs and cross‐functional teams on ALD, product MOA and competitor landscape.

Support development of e‐learning modules and onboarding materials for global Rare Disease academies.

Research & Development / Evidence Generation – Collaborate with Clinical Development on studies (RWE, PROs, observational) and contribute to protocol development and data interpretation.

Organise identify and support high‐impact research initiatives aligned with business needs.

Regulatory Affairs Collaboration – Partner with Regulatory to ensure aligned scientific communication and compliant activities; support medical evaluation of regulatory submissions, variations, safety updates and queries.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Neurosciences or a related field.

More than 5 years' experience in Medical Affairs within Neurology, Rare Diseases or related therapeutic areas.

Proven track record in launch excellence, ideally with at least one EU launch.

Experience working in multi‐country or regional/global roles.

Experience supporting BD/M&A assessments in pharma/biotech.

Launch excellence support at local level – minimum 2 years' local experience, with understanding the local Market Access landscape in EU.

Strong business acumen, commercial understanding, excellent collaborative and communicative skills, proactivity, resilience, self‐motivation and project/time‐management skills.

Senior‐level competence to manage affiliates to execute on agreed milestones and maintain external stakeholder engagement.
