Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional fluent in German?

Your Mission
As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end O2C process
* Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy
* Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams
* Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries
* Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies
* Support German-speaking patients, clinics & healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams
* Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs
What Were Looking For
* Fluent German (C1+)
* Experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
* Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
* Ability to work on-site in Porto
* EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse / Eligible visa status
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: 1,500€ gross/month (14 salaries/year)
* Meal Allowance: 300€ (current policy)
From 01/01/2026: 7.63€ net per working day
* 3,000€ Welcome Bonus (subject to company policy)
* Permanent contract with 90-day trial period
* Health insurance from Day 1
Relocation Package (If moving to Portugal)
* Studio in company-shared accommodation from Day 1
* 280€/month (deducted from payslip)
* Up to 12 months duration
