Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across European markets
Building and managing a strong pipeline of new customers and projects
Leading strategic customer acquisition and expanding market presence

Working closely with local sales teams across European sites to support commercial growth
Expanding relationships with key accounts and identifying opportunities within existing customers

Candidate profile:
Proven experience in B2B commercial roles within flavors, food ingredients, or related industries
Strong track record in business development and strategic account management
Experience working across multiple European markets
