Concentrix is hiring to support partners within a global Microsoft program. This role combines technical support, partner enablement, and marketing execution to help partners remove blockers, adopt Microsoft solutions, and drive go-to-market success.
What You Will Do
* Technical Support & Partner Assistance: Manage and resolve partner support tickets across multiple domains. Troubleshoot pre- and post-sales issues (deployment, licensing, imaging). Provide 1:1 coaching and guidance to partners. Escalate complex cases to Microsoft internal teams.
* Partner Program Support (MAR): Support Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR) partners. Remove operational and commercial blockers. Deliver monthly partner calls and communications. Capture and share partner feedback for continuous improvement.
* Marketing & GTM Enablement: Enable partners to adopt Microsoft marketing programs. Package ready-to-use campaign materials. Deliver campaign updates and performance insights. Support partner marketing capability development.
What You Will Deliver
* Ticket management and resolution within SLA (FRT < 24h).
* Weekly and monthly operational reporting.
* Knowledge base contributions and documentation.
* Partner communications and enablement sessions.
* Campaign packs and GTM enablement materials.
* Performance insights on adoption and engagement.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or partner support roles.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, licensing, deployment) is a plus.
* Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-driven environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
* Fluent in English + fluent in either French, Italian, Spanish, or Turkish.
